How to Use the Tool:

Follow these simple steps to craft your perfect AI prompt:

1. Enter Your Gemini API Key (Optional, but Recommended for Enhancement):
   • Find the "Gemini API Key" field at the top.
   • If you plan to use the "Enhance with AI" feature, paste your Gemini API key here. You can obtain one from Google AI Studio. Your key is stored only in your browser session and is not saved by this tool.
2. Define the AI's Role:
   • In the "1. Role" section, specify the persona or expertise you want the AI to adopt. This helps the AI understand the context and generate more relevant responses.
   • Tip: Use the dropdown menu to select a pre-defined role, or type your own custom role in the text area below.
3. Clearly State the Task:
   • The "2. Task" section is crucial. Describe exactly what you want the AI to do for you. The more specific and detailed you are, the better the AI's output will be.
   • Note: This field is required to generate a prompt.
4. Provide Examples (Optional, but Recommended):
   • In the "3. Examples" section, you can give the AI examples of what you expect. This is especially helpful for complex tasks or when you need a specific style or format.
   • Tip: Think of it as showing the AI "this is what I want the input to look like, and this is what I expect the output to be."
5. Specify the Type of Output:
   • The "4. Type of Output" section allows you to tell the AI how to format its response. Whether you need paragraphs, bullet points, a table, a script, or a JSON object, clearly state your preference.
   • Tip: Use the dropdown menu for common output types, or describe your desired format in detail in the text area.
6. Generate Your Prompt:
   • Once you've filled in the desired sections, click the "Generate Prompt" button. Your initial, custom-crafted prompt will appear in the "Your Crafted Prompt" text area below.
   • You can click the "Copy" button next to it to copy this prompt to your clipboard.
7. Enhance with AI (Optional):
   • After generating your initial prompt, you'll see an "Enhance with AI" button. Click this to send your prompt to Gemini (using your provided API key).
   • Our AI will refine your prompt for optimal clarity, conciseness, and effectiveness, aiming to make it even more robust and unambiguous.
   • The AI-enhanced version will appear in the "AI Enhanced Prompt" section.
8. Copy the Enhanced Prompt:
   • If you're happy with the AI-enhanced version, click the "Copy" button next to it to use this improved prompt with your chosen AI model.
9. Reset All (Optional):
   • If you want to start over at any point, click the "Reset All" button to clear all input fields and generated prompts.
